Waxing Services
Lay back and relax, waxing services have never been so comfortable! We use organic products to clean, prep and treat the waxed area. Every facial waxing service is finished with an SPF powder to reduce redness.
Special care is given to select the proper waxing product for each client based on individual needs. Our products are fragrance-free and hypoallergenic.
As density and growth patterns of hair can greatly affect the amount of time and product necessary, the pricing below reflects an average or starting point for most clients. Ideally, hair growth should be approximately one-quarter inch long.

If you are currently using retinoids (retin-A, retinol ortazarac) as well as alpha hydroxies, you must discontinue use 3 days (one weekif you are really sensitive) prior to any waxing or facial services. Please also let your esthetician know if youare currently using any topical medications. Please note that while this list covers many contraindications, there may be others not listed that would also prevent you from receiving services, and we reserve the right to determine what constitutes a contraindication. If you have questions or concerns, please speak with your skincare specialist or doctor.

Proper sanitation between services is our utmost priority, and our staff do not perform services when feeling ill.
Please do not come to the spa if you are not feeling well and call us a soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Normal Cancellation Fees apply for NO SHOWS and late cancellations

CANCELLATION policy
Treatment times are reserved especially for you in order to provide the best service as possible. Out of respect for our small business, dedicated providers, and valued clients we have a firm Cancellation Policy. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in upholding this policy and look forward to serving you!
For single guest / single service: A 24-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service (no exceptions). Additionally, if you fail to show up for your scheduled service appointment time (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
Spa Parties, Spa Packages & Groups of two or more: A 48-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or reschedules. A deposit in the full service amount will be processed 48 hours prior to your scheduled service appointment against the credit card used to book your service. Please contact the spa by email or phone to request more information on our spa party and group packages.
Note: When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy. A credit card is required when scheduling your appointment in accordance with this cancellation policy, however any payment method can be used at the time of service.
