We have put in place extensive cleaning protocols and enhanced our cleanliness measures to help keep you, our providers, and our community healthy. Proper sanitation between services is our utmost priority, and our staff do not perform services when feeling ill.
Please do not come to the spa if you are not feeling well and call us a soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Normal Cancellation Fees apply for NO SHOWS and late cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY
Treatment times are reserved especially for you in order to provide the best service as possible. Out of respect for our small business, dedicated providers, and valued clients we have a firm Cancellation Policy. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in upholding this policy and look forward to serving you!
For single guest / single service: A 24-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service (no exceptions). Additionally, if you fail to show up for your scheduled service appointment time (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
Spa Parties, Spa Packages & Groups of two or more: A 48-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or reschedules. A deposit in the full service amount will be processed 48 hours prior to your scheduled service appointment against the card used to book your service. Please contact the spa by email or phone to request more information on our spa party and group packages.
Note: When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy. A credit card or debit card is required when scheduling your appointment in accordance with this cancellation policy, however any payment method can be used at the time of service.
