Simply Blissed has been serving Salem and the surrounding communities since 2007, and demand for advanced esthetics continues to grow in our beautiful, nurturing space. We\u2019re entering an exciting new phase \u2014 expanding our services and opening an additional space next door \u2014 and we\u2019re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re seeking a Licensed Advanced Esthetician who brings both skill and heart to their craft. If you\u2019re passionate about delivering transformative treatments like Nano\u2011needling, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Lash Lifts\/Tints, European facials, body therapies, and waxing \u2014 and you love being part of a supportive, team\u2011oriented spa \u2014 we\u2019d be delighted to meet you.<\/span><\/p>\n

As we grow, we\u2019re looking for someone with strong initiative, a willingness to transition as our offerings expand, and the flexibility to work in both spaces as needed. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a spa that is actively evolving and innovating.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shift Availability<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re currently seeking coverage for:<\/span><\/p>\n

- Tuesday - Friday: 2pm-7pm<\/span>
- Saturdays: 9am\u20131pm or 1pm-5pm<\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation: This position is commission\u2011based, with rates determined by our Class 1\u20133 structure and tier progression.<\/span>
Commission range is 28%\u201333.5% dependent of experience and modality skillset.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additional bonus: Earn an extra 4%\u20136% commission when your payroll period service revenue exceeds the performance threshold (percentage varies by class)<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n

- Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in esthetics, ideally in a spa setting<\/span>
- Compliance with local and state licensing laws<\/span>
- Saturday availability (we\u2019re closed Sundays)<\/span>
- Minimum of 12 hands\u2011on service hours\/week<\/span>
- Excellent customer service & dependable work ethic<\/span>
- Reliable attendance and punctuality<\/span>
- Positive, friendly attitude (smiling encouraged!)<\/span>
- No remote work<\/span><\/p>\n
