  • TEXTEL, an SMS marketing company, which helps us in sending promotional messages.
  • Millennium Systems International (Meevo), which provides reservation services.

Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and preferences. You can expect 2–3 messages per appointment, plus any updates or promotional offers you’ve agreed to receive. Additionally, we may contract with other third party businesses to provide certain services such as credit card processing and marketing services. We provide these businesses with only the information needed for them to perform their services.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes; we do not buy, sell, or share text messaging opt-in information.  However, we may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Compliance with Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law or to comply with legal processes.
  • Sale or Merger: In the event of a sale, merger, or acquisition of our business, we may transfer your information to the acquiring company, but your data will continue to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

To protect your personal information, all data transmitted between our site and third-party sites is encrypted using SSL technology.

  1. SMS Messaging

By submitting your consent and phone number when making an appointment (Opt-In) with Simply Blissed, you are authorizing us to send you SMS messages and SMS notifications. Message/data rates apply. 

You have the right to Opt-Out of receiving SMS messages by contacting Spa Guest Services or by responding to a text received from us with the word “STOP”. Once you Opt-Out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except for confirmation of your Opt-Out request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on our website, and the “Last Update” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
