What is the best way to book an appointment?

Please schedule your appointment in advance by visiting simplyblissed.com and selecting “Book Online,” or call 503.587.9997 and one of our Spa Coordinators will be happy to assist you.

Helpful Tips for Booking Online:
A confirmation email is the best way to ensure your appointment has been successfully scheduled. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your session may have timed out, and you may need to restart the booking process. Please note that online appointments cannot be booked less than 2 hours in advance.

You are welcome to request a specific provider for your service.

We encourage you to register and create a guest profile to enjoy additional benefits, including:

What is the Spa environment like?

Each of our treatment rooms has been thoughtfully named to reflect the atmosphere we’ve created: Tranquility, Sanctuary, Serenity, Harmony, and more. This is your time to relax, replenish, and restore.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all spa guests, cell phones and cameras are not permitted in our service areas unless arrangements have been made in advance for a special occasion. We kindly ask that conversations remain quiet and peaceful throughout your visit.

We invite you to embrace this opportunity to rejuvenate your mind and body by slowing down, speaking softly or simply enjoying the silence, and savoring the simply blissful journey.

What time shall I arrive?

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. We kindly request that all clients arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Arriving early ensures a seamless check in experience and gives you the opportunity to begin relaxing with a complimentary beverage and a warm or cool neck wrap. You will also have time to use the restroom, browse our Eminence Organic Skin Care retail products, select a nail polish color, and most importantly, allow for a timely start to your service.

What if I’m running late?

We understand that unexpected circumstances can impact your schedule. If you are running late, please contact our spa staff at 503.587.9997 as soon as possible to let us know. Our team at Simply Blissed will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, we reserve the right to adjust service times or reschedule appointments as a courtesy to our providers and to avoid disruptions for clients scheduled after you. Please note that clients remain responsible for the full cost of the booked service, even if the service is shortened due to a late arrival.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Treatment times are reserved especially for you to ensure we are able to provide the highest level of service possible. Out of respect for our small business, dedicated providers, and valued clients, we maintain a firm cancellation policy. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to serving you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 503.587.9997. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Clients who do not show for their appointment will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service prior to any future rescheduling.

Where should I park?

Please park directly behind the building. Although we share a parking lot with a neighboring business, you are welcome to park in any available space nearest to our building. Complimentary street parking is also available nearby.

We are bike friendly, and public transit is conveniently accessible along Liberty Street. Since we share a parking lot, guests may enter through either the front or back doors of our spa.

If you are using a navigation system, please be sure to enter our full address, “1344 Liberty Street SE.” Using only part of the address may direct you to the opposite side of Salem and could cause you to arrive late for your blissful appointment, and no one wants that.

What is the appropriate attire for my service?

If you are with us for a spa package or multiple services, slip into one of our luxurious spa robes and comfy spa slippers after your first service. Undergarments are not required for services. What if I have specific requests or concerns?

Please discuss any medical concerns, physical sensitivities, or specific treatment goals with your spa provider so we may customize your service to best meet your needs. It is important that all questions on the New Guest Intake Form are completed during your first visit so we can provide you with the safest and most effective care possible.

Are there contraindications that may prevent me from enjoying a treatment?

Certain health conditions or the use of specific home skin care products may prevent you from safely receiving certain spa services. These conditions may include pregnancy or nursing, allergies or skin rashes, recent surgeries or medical treatments, skin cancer, eczema, or psoriasis.

If any of these apply to you, please inform us at the time of booking. Our Guest Services team will be happy to recommend services that are safe, appropriate, and best suited to your individual needs.

Are SPAFINDER gift cards accepted?

Effective January 1, 2017 Simply Blissed no longer accepts spafinder (or their affiliated companies) gift cards.
